Following two years as a human resources specialist with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce, Jerome Jordan joined Prisma Health as a talent acquisition partner in 2021. His primary responsibility in this position involves maintaining compliance with corporate and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations, with a focus on patient confidentiality. He also manages a comprehensive database of patient information in accordance with departmental guidelines. During his time with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce as a human resources specialist, Jerome Jordan was tasked with ensuring that all organizational processes aligned with company policy and vision. His past roles include human resources coordinator for the Sweet P Home Care agency and child care counselor with Abbott House in Queens, New York.
